Realizing that after 30 years in this vessel I am finally at peace with being alone. No longer am I searching to tie myself to someone else to “complete” a part of me or my life that feels lacking - because I am finally content sitting with my own energy and existing with my miraculous body and mind.
Today, I received my Health Coach training program mid-certificate badge from @nutritionschool which means I can officially start seeing clients!! 🥳🥳
HAPPY 8th BIRTHDAY, MACK!!!!
The expansion I’m experiencing in my life right now feels so good! Saying yes to my dreams and taking action based on my intuition (gut) has allowed me to feel more ease and flow than I have in a while. My body physically feels better, my mind is more focused and my spirit is alive with creativity.
Today marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another for me.
Woke up feeling so grateful for this next edition of myself that is unfolding.
