Affirmations for Healing

With everything going on right now I’ve put together some affirmations for you all in the hopes that they help you either shift out of a negative thought or emotion in the present moment, or use them every day to gradually shift into a new mindset over time. Say them once a day, every day, multiple times throughout the day, or just in one single moment. This is a practice I’ve added to my morning routine and has truly helped me shift into a more positive, peaceful mindset overall and made it easier to shift away from a worrisome, anxious mindset.
